Terms of Service

Axum designs, builds, and operates AI-powered software systems for businesses. This includes our own products — such as CARA®, our AI voice receptionist — and custom systems built for individual clients.

These Terms cover your use of axumai.ie and your general relationship with Axum. Specific client projects and system engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, agreed directly with you.

• You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us.
• You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce the content of this website without our permission.
• You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

• Provide accurate information when you contact us or engage our services.
• Keep any account credentials issued to you secure.
• Use any system we build or operate for you lawfully, and ensure your own use of it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

Our collection and use of data — including business communications, call data, and appointment information processed through systems we operate — is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

CARA®, The Modular Brain Protocol™, and all underlying software, technology, designs, and systems developed by Axum are owned by Axum AI Systems Limited. Nothing in these Terms, or in any client engagement, transfers ownership of that underlying technology to you.

Where you use a system we've built — for your own business's operations — you are granted a licence to use it for that purpose. You may not copy, resell, sub-license, reverse-engineer, or attempt to recreate the underlying technology.

We aim to provide a reliable, professional service, but as with any software, we can't promise it will be available and error-free 100% of the time.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from use of our website or any system we operate.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — Irish law does not permit us to exclude liability for those.

Where a specific client agreement is in place, termination is governed by the terms of that agreement. Where no separate agreement applies, either party may end the relationship at any time by written notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is significant, we'll give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
